The Level 3 (Intermediate) Food Hygiene course consists of 12 modules and is designed for those who wish to continue to improve upon their knowledge of food hygiene. The level 3 course is especially suitable for managers/supervisors and key personnel working in food preparation & processing environments, especially those who have direct food safety responsibilities.

3. Contamination & Control
4. Food Poisoning
5. Personal Hygiene
6. Food Storage
7. Food Spoilage
8. Design & Construction
9. Cleaning & Disinfection
10. Pest Control
11. Supervisors/Hazard Analysis
12. Food Safety Legislation

 

 

Timings

1. Level 3 Intermediate courses, presented over 3 consecutive eight hour days
2. Six four hour evening sessions.
3. Over 3 eight hour night shifts at your premises
4. One day a week over three weeks
5. At an achievable time that suits the client

All timings have an additional day for the exam
