Kevin Duff having been in a technical role within the food industry for over twenty-five years set up Essential Food Systems Consultancy & Training.
Specialising in the drafting, implementation and auditing of HACCP Systems. Providing training in Food Hygiene to level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 for manufacturing, catering and retail also HACCP training to level 3.
We also provide refresher courses so that employees maintain their knowledge of food safety
All courses are accredited with either the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (C.I.E.H) or the Royal Institute of Public Health (R.S.P.H)and presented by qualified registered trainers using powerpoint presentations.
We also offer an uncredited Manual Handling course, this is a four hour course for general staff or one day course for supervisors
