Specialising in the drafting, implementation and auditing of HACCP Systems. Providing training in Food Hygiene to level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 for manufacturing, catering and retail also HACCP training to level 3. We also provide refresher courses so that employees maintain their knowledge of food safety All courses are accredited with either the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (C.I.E.H), the Royal Institute of Public Health (R.S.P.H) or the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC. All courses are presented by qualified registered trainers using powerpoint presentations.
